I don't wear jewelry very often, maybe just a few times a month. I have a few simple pieces like a necklace or earrings that I'll put on if I'm going out for a special occasion. But in my day-to-day life, I tend to keep things minimal and don't wear much jewelry.

If I had to choose, I'd say I like simple, classic jewelry best. Things like delicate gold or silver necklaces, stud earrings, and understated rings. I'm not a big fan of flashy, over-the-top pieces. I prefer jewelry that is elegant and can be worn for different occasions.

Yes, I have given jewelry as a gift before. A few years ago I gave my mom a nice necklace for her birthday. I wanted to get her something special that she could wear and enjoy. She was really happy with it and said it was one of her favorite gifts. Giving jewelry as a gift can be a thoughtful gesture.

I think some people wear certain pieces of jewelry for a long time because they have sentimental value. Maybe it was a gift from a loved one, or it reminds them of an important life event. Jewelry can also become part of someone's signature style over the years. It just feels right for them to keep wearing that special piece.
