One of the reasons Tom works so well in a team is his communication skills. He is always clear and concise when explaining tasks and making sure everyone understands their roles. Natural charisma and strong communication skills are pivotal, along with the ability to inspire and delegate effectively. Furthermore, leaders must possess a strategic mindset and resilience to navigate challenges. While leadership can be developed through training and experience, it often requires a combination of innate talent and dedication to truly excel in guiding and motivating a team towards common goals.
Why do some people dislike teamwork? 
There are a couple of reasons why some folks might not be fans of teamwork. For one, some individuals are naturally self-sufficient and prefer to tackle projects on their own. They might find collaboration cumbersome and feel it slows them down. Additionally, past experiences with unreliable teammates can breed a sense of distrust, making them hesitant to rely on others.
Do you think young people are good team players? 
It depends! Young people can be fantastic team players. They often bring fresh ideas and a collaborative spirit to the table. However, some might lack experience working effectively within a team structure. With clear communication and strong leadership, though, young people can be incredibly valuable assets in any team.
