《 Part 1 Topic

— Teamwork —

Q1: Do you like teamwork?

Yeah, I like teamwork a lot. It's cool because everyone brings different skills to the table. Like, one person might be good at planning, and another at coming up with creative ideas. Working together, we can do so much more than alone. Plus, it's fun to chat and brainstorm with others. Sure, there can be some arguments, but we always figure it out. Teamwork makes projects more interesting and helps us learn from each other too.

Q2: Have you worked with a team or someone else?

Oh yeah, I've worked with teams plenty of times. In school, we did group projects all the time. Like in science class, we had to build a model of the solar system. Everyone had a job - some drew planets, others cut out shapes. We had to talk a lot to make sure it all fit together. It was a bit tricky at first, but we got it done and learned a lot. Working with others is really helpful for getting big jobs done.

Q3: What do you think are the benefits of working together, in teams?

Working in teams has lots of good points. First, you get more ideas. Different people think in different ways, so you can come up with better solutions. Second, it's easier to finish big tasks. Everyone can do a part, and it gets done faster. Also, you can learn from others. They might know things you don't. And it's more fun! You can laugh and talk while you work. Teams help you grow and do more.

Q4: What do you hate when working together with others?

When working with others, I don't like it when people don't pull their weight. It's frustrating if someone doesn't do their part. Also, too much arguing can slow things down. We should agree to disagree sometimes. And it's annoying when communication is bad. If people don't listen or talk clearly, it can mess up the whole project. But these are just small things. Overall, teamwork is still good.
