You shold say:
1. Where it is
2. When you went there
3. Why you went there

Last summer, I visited a beautiful and charming new place - Qingdao. It's a coastal city in Shandong Province, China. I went there in July. It was the perfect time to escape the sweltering heat inland and enjoy the cool sea breeze. I had been longing to visit Qingdao for quite a while as I had heard so much about its unique blend of modern architecture and natural beauty. The moment I arrived, I was captivated by the azure sea stretching as far as the eye could see. I visited the famous Zhanqiao Pier, strolling along the long walkway and watching the waves crashing against the rocks. The local seafood was also a big attraction. I tried all kinds of fresh fish, shrimp and crabs at the bustling food markets. One of the highlights was climbing up to the top of Signal Hill. From there, I got a panoramic view of the whole city, with red rooftops, green trees and the blue sea in harmony. It was truly an unforgettable trip, and I can't wait to go back again.
